    Welcome to the Gym!.  We are off to a great start this school year in Physical Education class.    


  • Proper shoes

    In order to help keep your student safe in P.E. class, please consider the shoes your children are wearing. Flip flops and heels are often the culprits of slips and falls. If your student is wearing either they are welcome to bring a pair of sneakers in their backpack and their teacher and I will always give them time and help to change.

  • Presidents Physical Fitness Challenge

    We are beginning the fall pre-test of Presidents Physical Fitness Challenge. The test is composed of 5 parts:
    -Shuttle Run
    -Chin ups
    -Sit ups
    -Sit & Reach
    -1/4 Mile Run (KG & 1st) Mile Run (2nd & 3rd)
    Students can earn either a Presidential patch and certificate or a National patch and certificate. The Presidential level is very difficult to attain with usually 10 or less in a school year. …
