I received my degree in English from Lamar University in 1995 and became an English teacher in 1997 upon completing my teaching certification.  I was fortunate enough to begin my career at PNG High School from 1997 to 2000.  I taught 7th grade language arts at Groves Middle School from 2006-2019.  I am married and have one daughter.  As a graduate of PNG, I am happy to be teaching senior English and continuing the pride, honor, and tradition that defines PNGISD.
