    Welcome to the Counselor's Corner!

    My name is Raina Nichols, and I am the school counselor at Port Neches Middle School. As counselor, I am here to help! My goal is to assist all students with their academic, social, and personal performance to be successful in middle school. I firmly believe that communication between parents, teachers, and students is a huge part of success.

    Student Placement:

    If you have any special needs or concerns regarding your child's placement for the next school year, please submit them in writing to Mrs. Nichols by the end of the current school year. Please mail, drop off, or email them to rnichols@pngisd.org

    Helping Hand

    During the year we help our students and their families in different areas. At the beginning of the year and, as requested throughout the year, we can provide school supplies. We have a "Backpack Buddies" program that sends home filled bags of food on Fridays. We also can provide a food basket and a gift card at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
