HOWDY! Please allow me to introduce myself and tell you how very excited I am to have your child in my class. My name is Lacy Mills. I am a born and raised PNG Indian and a 2007 PNG graduate. I graduated from Lamar University in 2011 with my Bachelors degree and I am currently earning my Masters of Education degree from Texas A&M University!  This is my 3rd year teaching and my 2nd  year at Ridgewood Elementary.

Our classroom will be an evnironment which all students feel comfortable and safe. I am a very positive individual and will hope to instill the same positive attitude with your child as well as other important traits such as: responsibility, respect, choices, and consquences. All students will be expected to work hard and make good choices towards their behavior. We can learn a whole lot if all students maintain positive attitudes and respect one another.
