    Welcome to 1st Grade!
    I'm excited to welcome you and your child to my class.  First grade is a very important part of a child's life, and it is my hope that all of my students will develop a love for books and a desire to read.  With your help and support, we can make your child's first grade year a memorable one!

    Every Friday, our class has show and tell. It is a great way to share special events in the student's life. If they have won a special award or if they have been someplace special and have a souvenier they want to share... please let them bring it on a Friday to talk about it!

    Remember that you don't have to bring in something each week.

  • 50's Dress Up
    We celebrated the first 50 days of school with a dress up day. We listened to music of that era and many activities to reinforce our first 50 days of school! Happy, Happy, Happy!!!
    Shaving Cream Fun!
    We had a great time reviewing our letters using shaving cream on our desk. First Grade Rocks!
